The Maestro application, and related services, is proprietary to and operated by Sharp Point Data Ltd. (Sharp Point). By using it you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms outlined in this document you must not access or use the services of the site.
Sharp Point Data’s complete policy on Terms and Conditions, Security and Privacy are included with customer contracts and have previously been accepted and signed by binding authorities. You may access additional policy information available here.
We reserve the right to update any part of these terms as is necessary, it is your responsibility to check periodically for changes.
This is important to us, we’re working on it and it’ll be added as soon as is possible.
Any new features or tools added to the Maestro application, or related services, will also be subject to these Terms of Service.
Sharp Point does not own any data, information or material that you submit to the service in the course of use. You, not Sharp Point, will have sole responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, sensitivity and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all customer data.
Sharp Point does not retain personally identifiable information (PII) and shall not be held responsible for any PII provided by the user through the normal course of use of the Maestro service.
Sharp Point grants you the right to use the Maestro application, and related services, solely for your own internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Sharp Point and its licensors.
You may not access or use the Maestro application, and/or related services, if you are a third party or competitor of Sharp Point User licenses cannot be shared or used by more than one individual User.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Maestro application or service without express written permission by Sharp Point.
You may not modify or make derivative works based upon the Service or the Content; (i) create Internet "links" to the Service or "frame" or "mirror" any Content on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device; or (ii) reverse engineer or access the Service in order to (a) build a competitive product or service, (b) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service, or (c) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service.
You may not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including violation of copyright, trademark, privacy and proprietary rights.
Sharp Point reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Sharp Point alone owns all rights, title and interest, including related Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Sharp Point Technology, the content and the service.
The Sharp Point name, logo, and the product names associated with the Maestro Service are trademarks of Sharp Point Data Ltd. and no license is granted to use them.
This agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in the Maestro application or related services.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your user account.
The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada are applicable and shall govern interpretation and validity.
